can't mount partition /dev/shm #28

Hi, i cant start the database.

[oracle@hml-relational01 ~]$ $ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus / as sysdba

[root@hml-relational01 dbs]# mount -t tmpfs shmfs -o size=4g /dev/shm mount: permission denied
