[Packaging] openSUSE Tumbleweed and Fedora 32 RPMs #36

Hi, In my free time i compile RPM packages of some software that i personally use. Software i came to find extremely useful for my workflow and unfortunately couldn't find convenient way of getting the software om my machines. You project is adds to Plasma one of very few features of Gnome desktop i really like - dynamic virtual desktops. Once i saw them on Gnome i fell in love with this feature...well, not enough to abandon Plasma for it tough :-). Once i came across of your project i got very excited...so as usual i have built RPMs. If you think it will be convenient for other users as well, please feel free to add repos to your installation instructions. RPMs are built on openSUSE Build Service (OBS) against git master branch. Builds are fully reproducible. https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:sputnik:look-and-feel

PS And sinds this is not really a "issue" feel free to close it as soon as you read this...unfortunately i couldn't find any other convenient way to write you this message.

@sputnik-devops Can OBS fetch the git repository periodically, or a manual action is required to rebuild the packages?
