Rate us dialog #20

Maybe show a one time dialog (same as the spotlight functionality in modifyCountdownActivity with a versionized sharedPref) to ask the user to rate our app. The result should be sent directly to the playstore and published as review (but i am not sure if this is possible).

What do you think about it?
