How do I change the "Paid" text? #99

I was brought to this extension by a tweet depicting the paid tag as "$8 Pissbaby" and would very much like for mine to say that because I think it'll bring me joy. Can I edit the text somehow to be as pictured?

(I have basic html & coding experience but I've never tried to edit a Chrome extension so I don't know where I'd begin on that)
