error while running #1

When I run the script I get the following message.

@dsb29438]:(5.8kb)~/bin$ ./deluge_to_rtorrent.sh cp: cannot stat '/home/delomio/.config/deluge/state/.torrent': No such file or directory Cannot open /home/delomio/.config/deluge/state/.torrent for input! Something went wrong when converting the torrent file with rtorrent_fast_resume.pl exiting...

I'm currently running Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS

Same, I tried but "cp: cannot stat" Any fix? I got Debian 9.5
