Copy tags from standalone note #14

It is not possible to copy tags from a standalone note (or other child items). Why not? I sometimes tag them also and then find a website, etc. with similiar topic, so I want to copy the tags from a note (or other child item) too.

I had not realized that notes could have tags. I will fix the copy and paste tags functions to work on notes as well as regular items.

This should be fixed on GitHub now. I will upload it to addons.mozilla.org after 1.2.7 has been approved.
