Mdnotes Shortcut Compatibility

Added shortcut support for 4 functions from the Mdnotes Zotero plugin:

• MdnotesBatchExport: Implements "Batch export to markdown" and "Create full export note", depending on whether mdnotes settings are set to "Split files" or "Single file" organization
• MdnotesExport: Implements "Export to Markdown". Acts on the currently selected item.
• MdnotesCreateStandaloneNote: Implements "Create Standalone Note". This will work whether or not the user has enabled "Show Standalone Note menu" in the Mdnotes preferences
• MdnoteCreateMdNote: Implements "Create Mdnotes File". This will work regardless of whether the user has set file organization to "Split files" or "Single file" in the Mdnotes preferences, even though "Create Mdnotes File" is normally hidden when file organization is set to "Single file".

On my machine, after installing the plugin, the shortcuts do not work until after I restart Zotero. I'm not sure if that's the way it always works, if it's a quirk on my system, or a bug in my addition.

I am unable to translate any of the text, so I put the English into all of the locale files.

Thanks! That is what I usually do for the translations as well (scripts/update_non_english.py does this) and then let someone else make a PR to update the translations.
