Fix german translation of docs #22

This is just a reminder to fix the german translation of the docs, I (or someone) needs to finish at:

todo:

convert back to markdown without word wraps using pandoc -> document this in #20
remove word wraps manually if necessary.
fix the translation from about the middle
reformat some prose to lists (after the main doc is fixed in english) see #17, #19

I think it needs some futher review before issuing a pull request.

fixed one headline. So please take care to merge the latest version of the md file! HTML was not updated!

Still necessary to review in transifex sentence by sentence:

We still need some reviewers – nobody is perfect!

Thanks for the translations! I'm working on getting them merged into master. I'll leave this issue open for now to indicate that the German readme still needs review.
