can‘t work with zutilo #226

mac OS，zotero ver 6.0.6 can't work with any shortcut，how can I fix it？

I face the same problem, and the comment in that issue can't fix the problem.

@HuoJnx:

  1. Did this work for you before? If so, did it break after updating Zotero?

  2. You could try to use a different shortcut. Cmd-1 to Cmd-9 might be used for Zotero's tab switching now.

  3. Does Zutilo's context menu option work for you?

  4. You could check if you're getting errors when using a Zutilo shortcut. Open "Tools" -> "Developer" -> "Error Console", clear everything, then use the shortcut. (You can probably select a message and copy it with Cmd-C.) There's also "Help" -> "Debug Output Logging". Enable it and select "View Output".

  5. Is your issue related to #122 or #136?

  1. Sorry but it's my first time to use zutilo.
  2. OK, thank you for your help. I try Cmd-T/Y/U/I, and all works well.
