Currently the list of related items seems not available for other commands from the Zotero GUI (from my perspective).
For copying e.g. the select links of all related items, you cannot simply select a single item in the standard UI and then apply an action to the list displayed in the related items tab.
Expected feature(s)
When a single item is selected in the items list, the new feature should extend the selection to the related items.
Example Benefit: This would help to distribute or normalize tags in the selection.
When multiple items are selected in the items list, the new feature should iterate through the of selected items and add the items from the indvidual lists of related items and finall set the selction to the unique list of items.
This process could be repeated multiple times as needed easily by using key-shortcuts.

And finally "Off-Topic" from the intention of Zutilo and better be part of Zotero.
