Error on initial setup of Aggregate #1001

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Java.
2. Install Tomcat 6.0.39
3. Install MySQL
4. Install ODK Aggregate 1.4.3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is a fresh install, the first time you go to http://(domain)/ODKAggregate/ 
I should see something other than a 404 error saying that resources are 
unavailable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Aggregate v1.4.3 as mentioned above, on Server 2008.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached the catalina log from today's install.
