ODK aggregate displays blank page #1006

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I tried navigating to the odk /Aggregate.html page, it is blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Aggregate page should display normally, nothing appears on page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK VM on Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried three different browsers and just showing blank.
