Accessing XML files within folders

What tool are you using?
ODK Collect

What is frustrating, troubling, annoying or lacking?
What's lacking is ODK Collect being able to read XML files within folders.

How would you like it to work?
By accessing XML files / form(s) within multiple folders within the "Forms" 
instead of only in the "Forms" root directory.

NOTE: the core team has limited ability to make software enhancements.
We rely heavily on community-contributed enhancements to the tools. If this
is something you very much need, consider hiring a developer to make the
changes with the stipulation that they work with the core team to specify
the details of the change and contribute the change back to the project
under an Apache 2 license.

Why do you need this structure? 

The end users would not see the hierarchy, or do you want the Fill Blank Form 
screen to also reflect this hierarchy to the user?

Our interviewers have different forms to fill in for one particular 
household, not to confuse the interviewer as to what forms needs to be 
used for that particular household.

We would like to have the hierarchy displayed to the end user for their 
tailor cut household survey. This would make it easier for our 
interviewers to track their progress for each survey form.
