unable to download csv from outside network #1033

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed Apache tomcat and set up website
2.Changed proxxyPass and proxyReverse to open website outside the network, 
without :8080.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While exporting csv from outside company network, we should be able to download 
it from the Export submissions(using Form manager user id)

I was able to do export csv, but while downloading it goes to the webpage 
www.example.com:8080/and it is blank nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK v1.4.2
