Stuck installing ODK Aggregate #1059

What steps will reproduce the problem?

0. Updated Java
1.Created a new App Engine Account and created an App
2. Download ODK Aggregate windows-installer.exe (506277). Version 1.4.4
Install
3. After the first fail, I realized that I created the App from Developers 
Console and not trough https://appengine.google.com/. When coming to the 
latter, I had to accept certain terms and conditions.
4. however, in subsequent trials, the error remained.
5. Created another App and tried again, but nothing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When runing the Upload ODK Aggretate to Google AppEngine, I expected to load 
something or finish the process, but instead the program showed void in the 
dialog box and stayed that way (I let it for more than an hour) (see file 
attached).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODk Aggregate 1.4.4
Windows 7 Home Basic Service Pack 1
Java 7 Update 67

Please provide any additional information below.
I have used KoboToolbox installer in this computer... No other relevant issue 
comes to my mind
