Dynamic screen on field list #1065

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I defined a group with a field-list appearance
2.There were some fields which relevanced depended to other
3.On enketo I have a dynamic screen where the following questions appear 
directly when I tick a corresponding option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To have a dynamic forms on the screen where field are shown or hidden according 
to the chosen values of other questions in the same group.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Collect 1.4.4 (1045) Androïd 4.2 on Samsung Galaxy Tab3 & Samsung Galaxy 4.

Please provide any additional information below.

Never going to change.

This is a design decision of ODK Collect.
