Can't download Aggregate installation file #1067

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Download section of the ODK website and try to open the link to 
download Aggregate.v1.4.4 for Windows

I can't download the installation file. Instead, the following message is 
displayed:
"Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try 
accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is 
particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to 
be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 
hours, contact your domain administrator."

I've been trying for a few hours and I still get the same error message. Am I 
doing something wrong?

Please use the opendatakit@ list for issues like this and for usage questions.

These issues should be used to report bugs in the ODK Tools, not problems with 
the website or download site.
