indonesian translation is not being recognized #1072

For some reason, changing locale to indonesian (id) did not cause display to 
change to use those translations.

Using "Locale More Pro" to change locales; tested on 4.4.2 tablet and ODK 
Collect 1.4.4 rev 1046
