ODK crashes when we try to submit our forms!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open ODK and toggle one or all of completed forms
2. Select "submit"
3. Screen blacks out, then a small text box appears saying "ODK has stopped 
working"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See above.  Black screen, then just a text box "ODK has stopped working"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK Collect 1.4.4 (1045)
Samsung Galaxy Tablet Android Version 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
We are urgently working on a baseline survey for a fisheries program for poor 
rural farmers in Timor-Leste. This is time sensitive data collect, we really 
appreciate your support!

FYI we ran the aLogCat (which we found instructions for online- but it did not 
seem to capture information about the crash. File is attached but I think 
useless).

The attached log is too small and does not identify the problem.

Please start the log capture before you perform the steps to cause the problem. 
Perform those steps, then stop the log capture and attach that log file to this 
issue.

Thanks you can close. We had to do a work around ourselves to get the data off 
the tablet. One of our in-house programmers did it.  We'll do software updates 
and re-install ODK to see if the issue persists on this tablet.  Thanks.
