Facing problem uploading odk data in fusion table

Dear All, I am facing following problem when i upload data on google fusion 
table. please any one give any suggetion

Request Quota Exceeded

Error 400

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
