Edit finalized forms from web aggregate #947

It'd be great if you were able to edit submissions on the web aggregate page, 
and also create new submissions there. Some of our data from the field is 
incomplete or incorrect (spelling, abbreviations etc). It would be good to be 
able to edit it online once back in the office. Is this possible?

The Enketo integration in 1.4.1 enables web-based form submission.

But: No. By design, we don't allow editing or altering of data in ODK 
Aggregate. 
We only allow deletion of an entire submission, or permanent removal of 
references to unavailable media attachments.

We consider it to be a holder of record for the data collected from the field. 
Downstream processing in Google Spreadsheets, Fusion Tables or Excel is where 
you would cleanse the data. This enables you to always "get back to the source 
document" in the cases where subsequent processing corrupted your data.
