ODK crashing on question - No error in excel coding #954

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the form
2.Arriving to L4 question
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The form should continue normally to the end

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK collect 1.4 (1038)

Please provide any additional information below.

The attached logcat did not span the time period where ODK Collect crashed.

Please capture another logcat and attach it to this issue.
