What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No idea what started the problem. From one moment on another, a huge request
on my account occurred. It seems to be internally. When I look at the IP list
requesting for data, my own IP's appear, so it looks like the requests don't
come from an external computer.
2. When I logon to the ODK account, the site is continuously flickering between
a filter modus and another page. I can't almost interfere nor I can't change
the settings of the account.
3. I saw that data requests are around a few hundred to a few thousand within a
short time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just stopped the app to prevent that it maximum limit is being reached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I am not sure if this problem is a bug or if my account is being hacked or
hijacked... I am not an IT expert.

This is the proclimate-csa server.

Yes, you have the database corruption problem described here:

http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AppEngineTroubleshooting#Repairing_you
r_AppEngine_Database_Yourself

If you want me to fix it, and if users are actively trying to submit data to
it, and if you have a low usage limit, please grant me Owner privileges to it
so that I can activate the instance at a time that is convenient to me for
fixing the database issues.
