Log in failed with Google account #996

I have installed ODK Aggregate windows-installer on my server 
bellow is the enviroment that i use:

OS: windows server 2008
Mysql version: mysql 5.5
tomcat version: tomcat 6.0

Every thing is ok with the installation and i can access to the login page of 
ODKAggregate (http://publicIP:8080/ODKAggregate

But when i try to log in with Google that i used int he installation, i get the 
following error message :
HTTP Status 401 - Authentication Failed: Log in failed - identity could not be 
verified

type Status report
message Authentication Failed: Log in failed - identity could not be verified
description This request requires HTTP authentication.

i have checked the time zone on the server, and sure it is correct.

Attached is log file from tomcat.

could you kindly help?
