Microwave UPA motion detection filter #1

Devise filter for identifying motion on a given IQ sample block. Solution should address block size bounded above by RAM and bounded below by sample rate. Current design goal is to implement filter on the ATMega4809.

Mask RCNN's success in object detection and segmentation resolves this issue. In particular, a trained M-RCNN can be applied on an optical data stream with a projection that is cued acoustically.
