AI uses lookout to trash all money. #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. AI (Chuck) will continue to play Lookout and trash all money.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AI should stop playing lookout if deck becomes too small.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 2.2 on Android 4.0.

Yeah, the AI's not so good with trash cards.  Pretty much all of them (Chapel, 
Bishop, Apprentice, etc) can cause the AI to just trash literally every other 
card in the deck.
