Achievement awarded incorrectly #330

3-4 player game, in which I and another player have the same amount of VPs at 
the end. The third player has exactly 1 VP less. 
I lose the game due to the tiebreaker (number of turns), but anyway I am 
awarded the achievement "Win a game by exactly 1 VP".

Fixed in r916 (multiplayer).
