Storing card-sets #333

I would appreciate a possibility to store specific card-sets for later use. 
Ideally these card sets should be availiable in the list of predefined card 
sets.

A de-luxe version would allow to name each named card set - as in the list of 
predefined card sets. 

A primitive version could name these sets just as set000 ... set999.

Implementation might be simply at the end of each game with the question 
"Storing game set in predefined sets? (Y/N)", Whether this option is asked 
should be switchable in the settings.
