cannot resume game after connectivity lost #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. be in your turn
2. lose connectivity due to dead spot and receive message stating the loss
3. regain connectivity by moving out of dead spot
4. all/play/buy & none/end turn buttons are gone
5. cards can be read with long press, game history will scroll, but I cannot 
find a way to resume the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
game to continue where it stopped. after all, it was just waiting for me to 
play or buy. it is just blank where those buttons belong. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current,  htc evo

Please provide any additional information below.

... I always thought Androminion works offline/local, but I guess I was wrong?

FWIW, I haven't gotten this error since going to And 2.3.6 and v2.04 of the app
