King's Court does not work properly with Duration cards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play King's Court
2. Choose to duplicate Caravan

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On my current turn, I expect to get +3 cards and +3 actions.  This part appears 
to work correctly.

I expect King's Court and Caravan to remain in play until my next turn.  This 
does not happen (see Issue 57).

At the beginning of my next turn, I expect Caravan to be played 3 times.  
Instead, Caravan is only played once.

Additionally, it looks like I receive another King's Court card in my deck.  I 
expect this not to happen.

I have tested this with Caravan and Wharf.
