Issues with the test environment #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloaded jar file
2.tried to run the kaptcha image, What is the expected output? What do you see 
instead?
when the value in session and value i enetered matches, sucessful page should 
be displayed 

When i tried to run the code in my local machine with url 
http://localhost:8080..kaptcha image worked fine both values matches and but 
when i deployed code into test environmenet somehow the text that I entered 
didnt matched , and i am redirected to same kaptch image page and not the 
successful page

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
