Install arch keyring before attempting upgrades #38

Need keys to be known first otherwise:

error: <package>: key "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" is unknown
...
File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/<package>.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)).
