It would be nice to be able to set a vote end time, after which no more votes are accepted. That, plus a countdown timer: "Vote closes in …".

This is something I've been thinking about before. The reason for not having periods is to allow for continuous prioritization/feature/idea board. Basically until something is picked up & closed.

I can see how periods would make sense. Especially within CommonsStack. Might be cool to align with Agile/Scrum development cycles. E.g. 2 week development cycles, would also mean 2 week voting periods (for the next sprint)

Have to think a bit on how to implement this. Preferably as an option
