Update for Node Guardians

Guidelines for Content :white_check_mark:

All resources should be submitted in markdown format in their respective subfolders in /content.
The filename should be a 'slugified' version of the title.
Date formats should be in YYYY-MM-DD.
Properties with a ? are optional.
