APIM 4.2.0 - 'Search' Functionality Not Filtering APIs When Subscribing to Applications in DevPortal #2951

Description

Unable to filter APIs from "Applications -> <Application Name> -> Subscriptions -> Subscribe APIs" section.

Steps to Reproduce

Create and publish two or more APIs.
Login to the DevPortal and create an application.
Click on 'Subscriptions' menu.
Click on 'Subscribe APIs' button.
Enter the search query and click on 'search' icon.
