The x5c and x5t#S256 properties missing in GW JWKS keyset #2963

Problem

The x5c and x5t#S256 properties are missing in GW /jwks keyset although they are available in the KM oauth2/jwks keyset.

Solution

The gateway /jwks response to be generated similar to the /oauth2/jwks response.
