Create API button is disabled when creating the API from Service Catalog #3351

Description

When creating an API from Service Catalog in latest APIM-4.2.0, the Create API button is disabled. While analyzing we noticed that issue is happening from the update level 93. Seems this is the fix that is causing this [1] https://github.com/wso2/api-manager/issues/2851

Steps to Reproduce

Reproducing Steps

  1. Access publisher portal.
  2. Click on Add sample service
  3. Click on + icon in the service tile to create an API.
  4. Fill or update information.
  5. Try to create API.
  6. The Create button is disabled.
