Description

Currently GA are configured through 'ga-config.xml` registry file. The plan is to move this configuration to admin portal's advanced configurations section as part of the effort to move away from carbon registry.

• [x] Test the existing GA config flow.
• [x] Finalize the new json format for GA config and add it in tenant-config-schema.json.
• [x] Change the GA config fetching from registry to Advanced Configuration JSON file.
