gql endpoint with empty basepath does not work #2338

Description: getting the following error for the gql backend provided with "" as basepath.

Error deploying prod gqlRoute of API : Star Wars API in Organization default from environments map[wso2-apk-default:{}]. Error: error while deploying API. Name: Star Wars API Version: 1.0.0, OrgID: default, API_UUID: af6aa52b-3b49-4f27-9e1f-6f0648ad75c9, Error: error while creating routes. Error adding request policy REWRITE_RESOURCE_PATH to operation POST of resource /starwars/1.0.0. policy parameter map must include rewritePath [error_code=2665 severity=Critical]
