Service Diagram Level 2 hovering feature does not work #559

Description: On both Windows and MacOS, when hovering over links, I did not get the data types of the requests and responses as mentioned in the documentation.

The data types of the request and response bodies of the interactions can be viewed by hovering over a particular invocation.

This was the case for both ballerina 2201.8.6 and 2201.9.0 RC2 pack.
