Publish 5.11.0 to Docker Hub #269

Description: At the moment version 5.11.0 is not published on your (not private) docker hub. Is this on purpose to promote the private repo or just was missed? Please advice.

Affected Product Version: 5.11.0

I have the same question. API Manager 3.2.0 is published, while IS 5.11 is not.
