Error 403 - Forbidden ( Failed to login to the carbon management console) #28

Description: The wso2is-5.4.0 is failing to log in to the carbon management console. It gives a warning of "potential cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attack" and generates an error of "required token is missing from the request".

Affected Product Version: Identity Server 5.4.0

Issue due to a a problem with the jdk version
