APIM 4.0 profile doc needs to be update #4242

Following doc is oudated [1]

Issues

  1. api-publisher, api-devportal profiles have been deprecated so therefore it would be best if we can mention these as well,
  2. In the doc i noticed the examples needed to be update
  3. In the startup commands section gateway profile should be -Dprofile=gateway-worker and - is missing in the traffic manager profile example
