3rd Nov 2021 Had a discussion with Tharindu and Thilini to clear grey areas and also to propose the doc changes.

Sent the following PR after revamping the original content.

• Revamped the content and also changed the page name and title.
• Defined a common note for single sourcing of content in [2].
• Added the note [2] in the following pages to ensure proper cross reference.

• Fixed the broken doc links which were in the sections associated with these pages.
• Resized large images that were in the section associated with these pages.
• Reworded left menu link.

• How does a user connect to Redis
• At what point should the Redis server be started.
• The need to start API Manager.
