Update `Edit an API by modifying the API Definition` document #8088

Description: Need to update 'Edit an API by modifying the API Definition' document https://apim.docs.wso2.com/en/4.2.0/tutorials/edit-an-api-by-modifyng-the-api-definition/ with the following changes

  1. Remove point 7 (Change the title of the API) since it is not supported
  2. Add note saying we can't change vender extension related entries
