EI documentation not working #2993

Description: The EI documentation site is currently down. We can access the homepage, but all the content under the micro-integrator folder is inaccessible, while the content under the streaming-integrator folder is accessible.

The following error was observed on the build console:

ERROR   -  Config value: 'markdown_extensions'. Error: Failed loading extension "markdown_include.include". 

Aborted with 1 Configuration Errors!

Solution:

Removed the markdown_include extension from micro-integrator/mkdocs.yml via https://github.com/wso2/docs-ei/pull/2990 and https://github.com/wso2/docs-ei/pull/2989 for both EI 7.0.0 and 7.1.0 docs.
