IWA NTLM Doc is missing. #1293

Description: As discussed with @pulasthi there should be two authenticators WRT IWA NTLM as UI Authenticator and the normal authenticator. We have the doc for the UI authenticator [1] but the other one is missing. We tried to find the old doc for the same but couldn't find that either.

Hi @sherenewso2 , This confusion can be sorted by replacing the content in [1] with the content in [2]. IMO after the replacement , [2] can be removed from the documents.
