Nexmo SMS API has changed #1741

Description: The Nexmo SMS API Documentation is Incorrect. Therefore SMS-OTP cannot be configured by following the documentation.

Affected Product Version: Checked IS 5.10.0 documentation

Steps to reproduce: Follow WSO2 documentation for Nexmo API and it doesn't work. If you go to the Nexmo website you can see the following:

  1. Nexmo has now been renamed as Vonage
  2. The SMS-API endpoint has changed.

This may probably be closed since https://github.com/wso2/docs-is/pull/2193 was released with 5.11.0.

Although, I followed the doc for 5.11.0 and I'm not receiving the SMS. Not sure what is not right or missing.
