Add EIP content #386

Description

Need to add the Enterprise Integration Patterns content to the MI doc space. Currently, the content is in Confluence.

Location in the page structure: Will be added to the Learn section parallel to Overview.

As confirmed with @rosensilva, this effort will be started once the content revamp of the VS Code extension docs is finished.

Update:

The following sections have now been added to the MI documentation space:

The System Management section has yet to be added.

You can view the progress of the task here.

The homepage of the MI 4.3.0 documentation space and the WSO2 documentation dashboard have been updated with the new URL.

I have updated both older documentation spaces [1,2] by adding a banner that points to the updated content in the latest WSO2 MI documentation.
