[150] Functional Conformance Suite document need to be updated for 150

Description: Following need to be fixed in "Running the Functional Conformance Suite for UK" doc for 150

• WSO2 Open Banking 1.5.0 supports OpenID Functional Conformance suite v1.2.6

• Need to deploy Account API v3.1.1, Payment API v3.1.1 and Confirmation of Funds API v3.1.1.

• No need to comment com.wso2.finance.open.banking.gateway.jws.UKJwsSignatureHandler when sending (“-e DISABLE_JWS=FALSE”)

• Comment com.wso2.finance.open.banking.gateway.api.schema.validation.RequestSchemaValidationHandler in all APIs

• Command to pull and run the image should be changed as follows. docker run -it --name=fsuite -p 8443:8443 -e LOG_LEVEL=debug -e LOG_TRACER=true -e LOG_HTTP_TRACE=true -e DISABLE_JWS=TRUE "openbanking/conformance-suite:v1.2.6"

• New fields added for Configuration stage for Confirmation Of Funds SchemeName Debtor Account Identification Debtor Account Name
